To place orders over the phone, aka WhatsApp or DM on Instagram/Facebook, is only available from noon to midnight pm [GMT 2 Amsterdam time] Monday – Friday (except major holidays) or 24 hours and seven days a week via https://www.thefavoritesweets.eu (.com)/(.nl)/(.store).
For security purposes, we do not accept order information via email, and please do not persist.
Any change in order, including cancellations, must be communicated to us at least 48hrs business days before any Wednesday, mentioning your order number and the reason for the cancellation/change.
When outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation anymore.
Note: Every order done over a shipping courier has a tracker. Please keep this at hand to check when your order will arrive.
We’re not responsible for mistyping addresses neither delays due to high traffic on the courier services.

Our courier services guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders.
We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute or possible layovers.
Orders are shipped within three business days, depending on your location.
The order placing cut-off is Wednesday at2:00 pm [GMT 2 Amsterdam time], to receive delivery the same week.
Shipments are shipped Wednesday only, with no exceptions.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns.
We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one alternative per consumer.
We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients.
Our products have no artificial preservatives or coloring.
All products are produced fresh from our kitchen, and they are shipped cold to arrive at room temperature.
Please refrigerate or freeze the products immediately upon receipt, if you intend to eat later.
Products must remain refrigerated or frozen until they are ready to be consumed.
Adequately stored in the refrigerator will remain fresh and delicious for approximately 15 days.
Adequately stored in the freezer will remain fresh and delicious for approximately three months.
Failure to report spoilage within 24 hours of receiving the order will be at the consumer’s loss.
Orders with other imperfection must report within three days from receipt of the product.
