| Ingredients | We use a variety of chocolate from 54% up 70% Pure Cocoa (Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Sugar, Milk solids, Soya Lecithin, Vanilla), Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Cream, Cocoa Powder, Salt, and Butter. Brigadeiros are naturally gluten-free, but we use some decorations for some flavors containing gluten rice, e.g., Crispearls decoration. It may contain other nuts and milk. |
